Q. What do I do if my ID cannot be verified?


A: Kindly select, "I have another ID, Verify me at NSS Regional Office" and then upload a picture of your ID to proceed with the registration.

N.B. You would require further verification on your ID by NSS at the regional office during posting. Recommended Width: 380px By Length: 260px ; Max file Size: 1.5MB.

 

Q: My registration status reads, “On hold, failed authentication”, what do I do to resolve this?


A: This often happens when the identity of the personnel or the details submitted is questionable.

To resolve this issue, Print out the online registration form and attach a National ID (Voters ID, drivers license or Passport) and submit it to the regional or Headquarters.

 

Q: How do I request a correction of course of study or qualification? 


A: Kindly provide a formal letter from your institution authorizing the change. Kindly note the change will only be done when you provide the letter.

 
Q: Is it possible to participate in NSS more than once?


A: Please be aware that participating in NSS multiple times is not permitted; individuals are only allowed to serve once. Attempting to do so more than once is subject to penalties.

 

Q: How do I request a correction of phone number or email address? 

 

A: To initiate a correction, please create a support ticket and attach a copy of your Ghana Card along with your NSS number or Index number.
