A: Kindly visit https://portal.nss.gov.gh/sign-in and enter your email and password.
After successful login, kindly scroll down and click on the ‘Print Posting Letter’. Refer to the image below.
Upon clicking on that, you should see a page that looks like the image below:
Print this page and then also click on ‘Show Appointment Letter’ and print that as well.

Reposting
Reposting of personnel is officially granted on the bases that;
Personnel has been rejected by user agency
Personnel has health concerns
Personnel has gained employment.
Q: What are the requirements for reposting?
A: Personnel must submit a rejected letter to either the NSS regional office or the headquarters to be reposted.
Personnel who request for reposting under health reasons must provide a Doctors report and/or medical history report to support the reposting request.
Q: How long does it take to effect reposting?
A: There are no clear timelines associated.
